Dry but light and fruity, we import grapes from the famed Veneto Region in Italy, ferment over toasted French oak and age with American oak imparting light vanilla flavors while keeping the wine fruit forward. Great with grilled meats and pasta
Opulence
A rich, lush, full bodied red collaboration of 3 varietals ( Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc ) and blended with our finished Valpolicella. Fermented with heavy toasted French oak and aged sur lie result in notes of plum, red and black cherry, warm spice, vanilla, leather and toast. Enjoy with parmigiana dishes, steaks or by itself as an indulgence!
Semi-Sweet Pinot Noir
Red wine is dry right? Not this semi sweet pinot noir. California Pinot Noir is finished with fresh, sweet blueberry. Hint of raspberry, blueberry and blackberry give this fruit forward red just enough sweetness to be served chilled and enjoyed in any weather
